National Volunteer Week

Covenant Community, Inc. and Woodforest National Bank in Georgia have been community partners since 2020. Woodforest volunteer staff provide ongoing financial literacy classes to our clients teaching moneymatters, second chance checking and saving options.

 

Woodforest volunteers also take part in community service activities volunteering their time helping serve dinner to over three hundred guests at our 27th Annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the Community in November 2023.

 

We are thankful to have over twenty (20+) Woodforest National Bank volunteers from various Atlanta locations in Georgia as an essential community partner.

 

Their contribution in teaching financial literacy classes, sharing information, resources, and community service is why we recognize Woodforest National Bank during National Volunteer Month 2024.

Covenant Community, Inc (Covenant) supports community and city efforts in strengthening families and increasing the quality of life for our clients by providing treatment and recovery supports to men who have substance use disorder, and to eliminate homelessness by assisting each resident to obtain meaningful, purposeful employment and stable housing.  We are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and the Georgia Association of Recovery Residences (GARR).
